MedNetwoRx works with clients through all three phases of office
systems management design, installation, and maintenance.
CONSULTATION
During Phase One, we provide on-site, objective,
third-party consulting. Our analysts review all aspects of our
clients' office management systems in order to determine what
type of system will suit each office's needs best. Because we
are not tied to any particular software or hardware vendors, we
can recommend a variety of system components, based solely on
our client's unique needs and budgetary considerations.
During the consulting phase, we help arrange on-site reviews of
medical offices that currently use our services, so that clients
can see exactly how our systems work. Our analysts are not
present at these reviews, so that clients can obtain a
completely objective overview of how our systems perform. Once
needs and budgets are established, we design an implementation
plan andthe system tailored per each client's specifications.
INSTALLATION
In Phase Two, we install the various hardware and software
components specified in the design and test the system to ensure
viability. We train each practice employee to gain the
most benefit from each of the systems applications, by helping
them understand how to best take advantage of each applications
capabilities thus maximizing the system's effectiveness and
functionality.
HOSTING
/ MAINTENANCE
Phase Three includes a continuous process of hosting and
maintaining systems software and applications at our Secure
Network Operation Center (NOC), which is staffed seven days a
week, 365 days a year by experienced, highly trained information
technology professionals.
Round-the-clock technical and user support is provided to ensure
the software is running smoothly on the servers and that our
clients have immediate access to their applications.
During this phase, clients benefit from the expertise of leading
information technology experts with medical office applications
experience. They also benefit from a fully secured system, that
is both HIPAA compliant and immune from any single point of
failure.
The result? Immediate access to the best medical information
systems technology without the maintenance worries or the
security risks.
